Effects of Nail Service Consumer’s Indecisiveness on Purchase Intention and Purchase Delay

Purpose: This study aims to verify the reactions of nail service consumers indecisiveness during purchase process and effect on intention delay. Moreover, it examines whether consumers’ affects their intentions delay differently depending content message framing presented by providers. Finally, this provides implications for shops improve consumer satisfaction business performance through efficient empirical data.Methods: A total 621 questionnaires were distributed women who experienced while using services or suffered from chronic indecisiveness. 414 utilized, excluding 207 that unsuitable inappropriate study. SPSS 26.0 AMOS utilized frequency analysis, factor reliability structural equation model χ<sup>2</sup> difference verification.Results: Findings confirmed has a significant among services. In addition, provider was found partially moderate relationship between indecisiveness, intention, consumers, content.Conclusion: Consumers’ had Therefore, providers must develop strategy can reduce factors enhancing personal capabilities providers, thereby increasing customers.
